About the Lander 2

The Knafs Lander 2 is the larger, further developed version of the Lander 1, created in collaboration with Kizer Knives. It features upgrades such as a higher-grade steel and the Clutch-Lock mechanism. Furthermore, the Lander 2 still retains the features that make the Lander model so popular. Such as the way in which you can easily replace the handle scales. You can do this without having to unscrew the entire knife. Just the scales. Handy not only for keeping your knife clean, but also for replacing or fitting the open-source and separately available handle scales.

The recipe behind the (Neder)Lander series

Where do Ben Petersen from Knafs and Knivesandtools come together? In one word: the Netherlands! In 2024, Ben rode onto the Have A Knives Day site on a tandem bike and sang “Lang zal ze leven” at the top of his voice, in honour of our 25th anniversary. His wife has Dutch roots, which is why Ben has an obsession with the Netherlands. Just like we do, of course. We wanted to capture that love for the Netherlands in a knife. And what could be a better fit than the ultimate Dutch delicacy: the stroopwafel. The result? The (Neder)Lander series, exclusively for us!
