History of Fox Knives

Oreste Frati started FOX Cutlery in 1977. Professional tradition, combined with the constant drive for technological innovations, has caused FOX Cutlery to become one of Italy's leading knife brands. Oreste Frati, with his son Gabriele and Andrea De Lorenzi, sought a new factory in 2008. This was necessary to meet the increasing demand for Fox knives. They found their new factory at the production plant of Euro Knives Italia Srl. In 2021, Fox and Euro Knives merged into a single company called FOX2 Manufacturing. Today, high-quality knives are produced at this factory, under the name Fox, Due Cigni, FKMD, and other major global brands.
