The **Robert Herder K1 peeling knife** is a small and light knife for precise cutting tasks. The compact size of the knife makes it feel great in hand.

 The stainless steel blade is sharpened by hand according to the principle of the traditional 'Solinger Dünnschliff'. This results in a razor-sharp knife. The handle is made from cumarú. One of the most beautiful types of wood in the world, but not very well known yet. This type of wood has a beautiful flame-pattern and a stunning colour. This wood is seamlessly attached to the blade with four rivets.

 The ergonomics are also great. The handle with rounded shapes is slim and graceful and fits perfectly in hand. The K-series was designed for cooking enthusiasts who want to use their kitchen knives intensively.

 Most of Robert Herder's knives are made by hand and can therefore have a somewhat longer delivery time. This also means that the delivery time can sometimes differ from what is indicated on our website. If it is indicated that a knife is in stock we actually have it in stock!
