The **Robert Herder Buckels set of 4 breakfast knifes, plum wood, carbon** is a set of four characteristic German breakfast knives in the so-called 'Buckels' shape with plum wood handles. Just like the other Robert Herder knives the thin blade of these knives is razor-sharp. Because of its sharpness and the shape of the blade these knives are perfect when cutting bread, hard buns, cheese, salami or spreading butter on a piece of bread.


Carbon steel, however, is not stainless and needs some attention. It needs to be cleaned immediately after use. It is also important to properly dry the knife after use. The knife is absolutely not dishwasher proof!
