## Kai Shun Kohen Anniversary Luxury Set steel type

The Shun Kohen chef's knife with a 20-cm blade and the Shun Kohen universal knife with a 15-cm blade combine excellent features with a unique look. The knives have an impressive blade of 72 layers of dual-core damascus steel with a hardness of 60 (±2) HRC. In an innovative forging process, this steel is forged with alternating layers of flexible yet robust VG2 steel and VG10 steel.

The handles are made from durable pakkawood, with a nice reddish colour and a dark grain. The D-shaped handles ensure a comfortable grip, allowing for hours of effortless use.
