What the TWIN Classic is made for
An aluminium core sits in the base between the stainless steel. It spreads the heat evenly across the whole base, so you do not get a hot spot in the middle and sauces do not burn at the edges.
Ease of use has clearly been thought through. The handles are attached in such a way that they stay cool during cooking, so you can pick up the pan without an oven glove. Inside, there are measuring marks, which makes a measuring cup unnecessary while you cook. Stainless steel is also scratch-resistant and dishwasher safe, and Zwilling gives it a long guarantee. Because the material does not react with acids, you can also reduce tomato sauce or wine in it without affecting the taste.
The sets contain saucepans in two sizes, a lower casserole and a small saucepan for sauces. If you would rather have individual pans than a set, have a look at the Zwilling pans.
