Daily Customs quickly made a name for itself in the knife community with the production of separate handle scales for Swiss knives. That is why it was only logical to develop its own knife as well, with a focus on individuality and adaptability. In collaboration with knife maker Alex Kremer and Böker Solingen, which has more than 150 years of experience in making knives, the Daily Knives AK1 was created as a production knife. To offer you even more personalisation options, Daily Customs goes one step further with the Daily Knives AK 1. The AK1 knife is supplied without handle scales, so thanks to the large selection of separately available handle scales, you can effortlessly adapt it to your style.

The blades of the Daily Knives AK1

RWL34 and MagnaCut are used for the fixed knives. RWL34 offers high edge retention and excellent corrosion resistance. It is suitable for high-quality, durable knives such as the Daily Knives AK1. MagnaCut stands out with an optimal balance between hardness, toughness and corrosion resistance. It is considered one of the most modern premium steel types for robust working knives. In terms of blade shapes, you can choose from drop point, american tanto and reverse tanto, which are available with both a satin finish and a stonewashed finish.

At Daily Customs, everything has revolved around personalising knives right from the start. That is why different handle scales in various materials are available for the Daily Knives AK1 knife. The Diamond G10 handle scales have a nice texture, giving them more grip than other materials. Titanium, loved by knife enthusiasts because of its low weight, is available in different finishes. The handle scales made of lightweight and wear-resistant canvas micarta are available in different colours.
