Reviews for Skerper Basic combi water stone grain 1000 / 3000, SH002

I bought this stone for my mom, she's a beginner so I thought for 20 euros (on discount, still great at 30 euros) two stones would be a bargain. I taught her on it and I've tried it myself, she is happy because the metal is removed quicker than she would have thought. Stone seems to remain flat for a decent amount of time, doesn't need to stay in water for too long (only 5 minutes before sharpening) and leaves a nice polish. Would recommend for any person who wants to get into the sharpening hobby or simply wants better results than a pull-through sharpener.

Trop novice que pour pouvoir vous aider. J'ai réussi néanmoins à aiguiser mes couteaux mais je ne sais pas si c'est mieux qu'une autre pierre.
