This **Zwilling Four Star knife set** contains a knife block, five kitchen knives and scissors. Especially the SharpBlock knife block is remarkable: it is enhanced with the so-called KIS technology. This means that three of the six slots(for the smooth-cut blades) are equipped with small ceramic sharpening stones, positioned in the ideal sharpening angle. Every time you replace or remove a knife, your knife is being sharpened. The icons with each slot are very practical. They clearly show which knife belongs in which slot. Can't go wrong!

## Zwilling Four Star collection

The Zwilling Four Star knives are enhanced with a solid forged crop and the comfortable plastic handle seamlessly merges with the blade. The blade is made from ice-hardened Friodur steel. During this process the steel is heated in 4 stages to 1000°C and cooled to-70 °C. Zwilling perfected this technique, and guarantees optimum sharpness, sustainability, elasticity and corrosion resistance. You also sharpen the knife in five steps. The result is a perfectly sharpened knife. The crop of the knife does not extend to the edge of the blade to make sure you can easily sharpen it on a sharpening stone. Thanks to the seamless construction and the materials used, knives from the Zwilling Four Star collection are dishwasher proof. We do, however, recommend washing them by hand because the detergent in a dishwasher can affect the knives in the long run.
