The **Shizu Hamono Morinoki SM-4003** is a pizza cutter from Japan. The focus is on simplicity and efficiency. The square handle made of zelkova wood gives the pizza cutter a tranquil and natural look. It rolls smoothly and cuts through the hard crust of any pizza without any problems. A must-have for your pizza party!

## Shizu Hamono Morinoki blade

The blade is made from Daido DSR-1k6 steel. A very strong type of stainless steel. It might not be the toughest type of steel, but that means that the knives are easy to use and easy to sharpen at home.

## Shizu Hamono Morinoki handle

The handle is made from one piece of Japanese zelkova wood. A light type of wood, both in weight and colour. The beautiful markings run lengthwise across the handle. This makes it clear that the handle isn't entirely square. The end of the handle is slightly bigger. This gives you a firm grip and good control over the blade.

Even though the handle is coated in clear varnish, we recommend keeping it as dry as possible. Wash the knife by hand and then dry it well. Because of this striking wood grain, each knife is unique. It is therefore possible that the knife you see in our photos will differ slightly from the knife you receive at home. These will only be minor deviations in the pattern on the handle. The material used and the quality standard are the same for each knife.
