This **Claude Dozorme Oyster set** is the basis for a successful oyster celebration. A solid base to keep the oyster in place, an oyster knife and a lemon squeezer for the lemon juice.


The Laguiole oyster knife is enhanced with a pointed blade made from 50Cr15MoV steel. It's pretty tough and stainless. Perfect for a knife that has to deal with so much sidewards pressure. The handle is typical for the Laguiole style. The handle is made from olive wood. A decorative type of wood taken from the olive tree. 


The oyster holder is made from flexible plastic. You can press the oyster inside to make sure it stays in place. The raised edge at the base enables you to hold it at the edge of the table. After opening the oyster you can put a piece of lemon in the squeezer to finish your oyster.


This oyster set is the embodiment of French manual labour. The experts at Claude Dozorme produced this product with a lot of passion. You can clearly see the hand of the master when you look at the finish. Small imperfections are a part of this and give this product its authentic French charm.
