The **Benchmade Altitude 15201OR** is a lightweight hunting knife. This knife was designed after receiving feedback from dedicated fans. The minimalist fixed blade has a full-tang construction for extra strength and the scales are made from carbon fibre. This knife can be worn around your neck, and it might very well become your most-used outdoor knife. The end of the handle features a lanyard eye, to which you can attach paracord. The orange blade makes it easy to find this knife should you accidentally drop it. 

## CPM-S90V steel blade

The blade is made from CPM S90V steel. This is a fantastic type of steel that retains its sharpness well. One of the best types of steel ever. The blade has ridges in three places that provide grip with your fingers, perfect for precise cutting tasks. The blade has an orange cerakote coating. This coating protects the knife against rust, it gives the knife a cool look and this colour cannot be seen by many animals. Also, the colour ensures that you can find the knife easily. 

## Carbon fibre handle

The scales of the Benchmade Altitude are made from carbon fibre. A fancy and lightweight material that is also used in the sports car industry. It shimmers beautifully in the sunlight. 

## The sheath

The Benchmade Altitude comes with a Boltaron sheath. This is a super strong material. With the sheath you can carry the knife on your belt or safely store it in your kitchen drawers. The sheath has a different colour on either side. Black and orange.
