The **Bahco 4211-6T pruning saw** has a strong, curved saw blade with coarse serrations. This makes it perfect for aggressive cutting into hard or dry wood. 

## The saw blade

This pruning saw has serrations of 6 TPI and is equipped with a hanging eyelet. The extra hardened teeth are sharpened to a full grind and stay sharp 6 to 8 times longer than adjustable blades. The triangular teeth are set. The curved saw blade ensures that the branch won't slip away while you're cutting it. A curved saw blade like this is great if you're doing a lot of work above shoulder height, or below knee height.

## The handle

The handle of the Bahco 4211-6T is made from strong beech wood. The grip is comfortable, and the handle has a long hook. There is an eyelet at the end of the handle, so you can easily attach it to your belt, for example.

## Maintaining your Bahco pruning saw

Are you not going to use the saw for a while? Treat it with maintenance oil before you store it. This prevents rust from forming and ensures the saw will stay in great condition. Use Ballistol maintenance oil, for instance.
