Accessories for eating and drinking utensils
Accessories for your eating and drinking utensils: lids, caps and cleaning brushes. Usually you end up here because you lost the original or it no longer seals properly.
Features of accessories for eating and drinking gear
These are the separate parts: lids, caps, ice packs and cleaning brushes. Most of the time you end up here because the original is lost or no longer seals properly.
Everything is made for a specific series and size. A lid for a 590 ml Rambler does not fit a 295 ml one. There are also separate little cups that fit on a thermos flask, instead of on a tumbler.
How do you choose the right lid or accessory?
First check which series and size your mug, tumbler or water bottle is, and only then look at what the lid needs to do. A spare part that does not fit does not fit even a little bit.
- A sliding lid opens and closes in one movement, useful behind the wheel.
- A straw lid is for cold drinks, and for drinking without lifting the tumbler.
- Drinking caps are for bottles. There are caps with a magnetic docking station and caps with a built-in little cup.
- Choose ice packs by weight, from 450 grams to 1.8 kilos. A large cool box needs more mass than a cool bag for your lunch.
- A cleaning brush is for narrow bottles that a sponge will not fit into.
Yeti makes up most of this, with a few spare parts from Stanley. It is all by brand and series, so a Yeti lid does not fit a Stanley tumbler and vice versa.
If you do not know your size, check the bottom of your tumbler or the name of your original purchase.
