The **SOG Terminus XR** is an appealing pocket knife, made to carry with you on a daily basis. The size is exactly enough: large enough to carry out almost any task, small enough to not become too bulky in your pocket. But that is not all, the SOG Terminus XR also looks very cool!

 The Terminus XR is, as the name might suggest, enhanced with the XR-lock. This is a great lockings mechanism for both left and right-handed use. The great thing about the XR-mechanism is that the blade slightly sticks from the handle when you pull the lock back. With a slight movement of the wrist you can easily release the blade from the handle. In addition to opening the knife with the thumb studs and the flipper this is the third opening mechanism according to SOG.

 In terms of materials SOG clearly thought about how this knife is used. The handle is made from OD-green G10. The blade is made from cryogen-hardened D2 steel. A great type of steel that retains its sharpness well and is relatively tough. So perfect for daily use.

Non mi è piaciuto, non ho trovato un buon grip nel manico e la fluidità dell'apertura non mi soddisfa ma questa è solo una mia personale impressione, nulla toglie al fatto che il Terminius non sia un buon coltello, anzi sicuramente lo è ma ciascuno può appunto esprimre la propria opinione se richiesta.

Not the most satisfying flicker. But great for the money. 3 ways to open, super sharp out of the box and the blade shape is great for EDC! If you have the money, buy the 35cv version.

Le design est juste un peu carré, d’où la demi étoile  en moins.
