The **SOG Terminus XR Black** is an appealing pocket knife, made to carry with you on a daily basis. The size is just right: large enough to carry out almost any task, small enough to not be too bulky in your pocket. But that is not all, the SOG Terminus XR also looks very cool!

The Terminus XR is, as the name might suggest, enhanced with the XR-lock. This is a great locking mechanism for both left and right-handed use. The great thing about the XR-mechanism is that the blade slightly sticks out from the handle when you pull the lock back. With a slight movement of the wrist you can easily release the blade from the handle. In addition to opening the knife with the thumb studs and the flipper this is the third opening mechanism according to SOG.

In terms of materials SOG clearly thought about how this knife is used. The handle is made from black G10. The blade is made of cryogenically-hardened D2 steel with a titanium nitride coating. A great type of steel that retains its sharpness well and is relatively tough. So perfect for daily use.
