I have this and a Laplander. In wood cutting tasks the Gomboy takes less effort and is much quicker. If I'm going out and want a folding saw - just in case - I'd take the lighter/compact Laplander but if I'm planning on prepping wood the Gomboy makes life easier

Saw is 100% well made, and the plastic container that arrived with it is handy, as it makes it easier to carry it in a bag. I like the saw quite a lot. I am glad I bought it and enjoy using it.
