The **Robert Herder red straight classic 1966 peeling knife** follows in the footsteps of Robert Herder's famous mill knives. This peeling knife is ideal for peeling fruit and vegetables. You can also use it to cut fish and meat. The polypropylene plastic handle offers excellent grip. The pure stainless steel blade is sharpened by hand according to the traditional German "Solinger Dünnschliff" principle. The result is a razor-sharp knife.

Un petit couteau de cuisine bien pratique, avec une lame bien coupante, j’en avais déjà depuis plus de 20 ans et à part 1 ou 2 mais il coupe encore très bien.

Dit is een classic en die moet je gewoon in je keuken la hebben liggen. Het gemak van de kwaliteit is dat hij in de vaatwasser kan. Verder top mes. 

J'estime que les couteaux de couleur sont plus solides que les noirs ou blancs.
