manche plastique pratique pour hygiène et passage au lave vaisselle  .
  son seul défaut est que le manche est trop fin .  l'idéal aurait été un manche plastique  mais avec la forme de celui en bois du "moulin"

Tip van mannelijke collega gekregen dat dit dé beste mesjes zijn. En inderdaad... zelfs ik kan heel fijne reepjes snijden met deze vlijmscherpe messen. Gewoon top!

Al jaren en nog steeds de beste aardappelmesjes. Deze versie mag ook in de vaatwasser. Super!

Ich brauchte ein paar neue 8,5cm Kneipchen von
Robert Herder (Windmühlen-Messer).
Habe gleich die gesammte Farbpalette bestellt.
Die Kunststoffgriffe der Messerchen sind sehr einfach zu reinigen dadurch äußerst hygienisch. 
Die Schneidperformance ist 1a, alle Messer sind nagelgängig und leicht wieder auf Topschärfe zu bringen.

Eine absolut klare Empfehlung...
was auch für die gesammte Abwicklung  durch Knives and Tools gilt.
