Beste mes ever!!! Sinds ik m heb, nu een week of drie, gebruik ik geen enkel ander mes meer (en ik heb er een heleboel).

De bestelling was snel en zoals afgesproken geleverd. Het koksmes zit in een wat simpel doosje gezien de prijs van het mes. Maar het mes wat er in ligt is wel heel mooi. Het heft is niet symetrisch, gemaakt voor rechtshandigen. Maar linkshandigen hebbben er geen last van. Het mes is tweezijdig geslepen en dus ook voor linkshandigen geschikt. De beschrijving op de website is wat summier. Het is een redelijk zwaar mes (350 gr) en daar moest ik even aan wennen. Het blad 8 x 18 cm is robuust, meer dan 2 mm dik.  Veelzijdig te gebruiken (na gewenning) Vooral het hoge blad maakt dat bv een krop sla mooi te snijden is. Het blad gebruikt ik ook als schep om het geneden produkt in een pan of schaal te scheppen. Al met al een sierraad in de keuken. Een zeer tevreden gebruiker
