Reviews for Eden Classic Damast chef's knife 20 cm

Bought this as a Christmas present for my son as he wanted a chef's knife. He says it's fine but I think perhaps I ought to have got him a 16cm one rather than a 20cm one. But that's because it looks big to me - there miss nothing inherently wrong with the knife just my inability to works out centimetres !

What a great buy, the knife does the work for you, a beautifuly crafted and well weighted piece. We are delighted with it and Irish made. Well done to the designer and craft persons involved a great product, but not for the easily distracted or you might just loose a bit of yourself.
