This arrived on time, and that's all that was good, on opening this product I slashed open my thumb on razor sharp fash around the edge of the pan that was not removed after manufacture, on complaining to knives and Tools and explaining what had happened, I received an email telling me "to be careful", thanks for that. So I would not recommend the product or their flippant customer service.

Excellent pan! Takes a while to develop its seasoning but it is indestructible & can take an incredibly high heat. I was so impressed that I ordered the 20cm & 24cm frying pans in a later order from Knives and Tools.co.uk. DO NOT be put off that the company ships from Holland! The prices are excellent (compared with Amazon, 25.5% cheaper!!) and the delivery is far quicker than Amazon's standard delivery as well as being tracked from despatch to your door. I would definitely use this company again although not for any more pans as they will last a lifetime!

Great product, really high quality. Only gave 4 out of 5 stars for "meets expectations" because it was quite a bit heavier than expected. My other de Buyer pan (different type) was definitely lighter. Still - great product so no complaints.
