The **Chef's choice ProntoPro 4643** is a compact and effective knife sharpener. This handy sharpener uses diamond-coated grinding wheels. This gives you a good grinding result quick and easy. Thanks to the criss-cross technology, your knife will have a burr-free and razor-sharp edge. As a result you can now cut quickly and effortlessly. It is equipped with a comfortable handle and anti-slip feet for optimum ease of use.


## How to use the Chef'sChoice ProntoPro 4643


The ProntoPro uses a coarse diamond-coated disc for phase 1 and 2. In phase 3 it will use a fine diamond-coated disc for serrated knives and polishing. Thanks to the precision guides you always use the right sharpening angle. Blunt knives can be passed through the sharpener 20 times or more. Pull it through 10 times or less to make sure you maintain that razor-sharp edge.


 You sharpen Japanese knives in phase 1. The knife is sharpened at a 15-degree angle. Use phase 3 to polish the knife.


You sharpen European and North-American knives in phase 2. The knife is sharpened at a 20-degree angle. Use phase 3 to polish the knife. Serrated knives can only be sharpened in phase 3. Turn over the ProntoPro regularly so that the sharpening residue falls out.

Spijt dat ik hem niet eerder heb gekocht. Heel makkelijk in gebruik en mijn messen zijn weer vlijmscherp. 

Als houtbewerker ben ik het slijpen gewend en ben daar een beetje kritisch over. Ik had jaren een wetsteen in de keuken liggen met zeer tevreden resultaat.
Na een verhuizing kwam die wetsteen niet meer terug in de keuken. Ik moest een alternatief verzinnen. Zo kwam de messensluiper van Chef's Choice in beeld vanwege de diamant sluipwieltjes. Want, tja, het moet wel een beetje kwaliteit hebben. Het kost mij moeite om toe te geven, maar mijn messen zijn scherper en eenvoudiger scherp te krijgen dan met m'n oude wet steen. Graag deze review uit beeld houden van m'n vrouw.

EINDELIJK WEER SCHERPE MESSEN !
Ben heel tevreden over het apparaat en het heeft een prominente plek in een keukenkastje gekregen, zo kan ik elk mes goed onderhouden en  kan ik alles snijden en schillen met een optimaal geslepen mes...

Ik heb deze messsenslijper van ChefsChoise gekocht als kado voor mijn zoon en schoondochter.
Zij hebben goede messen maar er is niet mee te snijden.
Zelf heb ik deze messenslijper plm 5 jaar geleden gekocht en hij voldoet uitstekend. Ik kan hem iedereen aanraden
