The **Benchmade Bugout 535** is a super light-weight and affordable pocket knife, made in the US. The 535 Bugout is designed for hikers who pay attention to every gram. With 55 grams and a 8.2 cm blade, this knife is definitely the answer they have been looking for. The Bugout is ideal for preparing food, feather sticks to light your fire and opening packages. 

 The blade is made of CPM S30V steel with a hardness of 58-60 HRC. With a very thin edge. Perfectly sharpened for peeling an apple. CPM S30V is very stainless and retains its sharpness very well. It is also easy to sharpen it yourself.

 Grivory was chosen for the handle of the Benchmade 535 Bugout. A light-weight type of plastic that is remarkably strong for its weight. For the firmness around the lock, Benchmade has fitted steel liners at the front of the handle. Normally, the Axis lock is equipped with a steel catch. To save weight, Benchmade has fitted the Bugout with a titanium variant. Just a little lighter.

 The Benchmade 535 Bugout has a slightly shorter deep-carry pocket clip than most models. Less steel means less weight: another detail Benchmade thought carefully about. You are, of course, able to place the clip on both sides to make it the perfect knife for both left and right-handed use.

Una navaja q no pesa nada y un filo q te puedes rasurar la barba es bonita pero hsy q manejarla con mucho cuidado por el filo q tiene me ha gustado mucho  .y la cuelgo hasta en las llaves de casa

I have purchased this knife for collection, however, for this price, you could acquire superior knives with superior steel and quality.

Que dire de plus de ce qui n'a pas déjà été dit sur cette star ! Un super EDC... peut être le top en terme de poids, de qualité d'assemblage, de fluidité pour l'ouverture (vraiment bluffant quand on ne l'a pas encore testé). Bref, il ne quitte pas ma poche depuis mon achat malgré ses autres concurrents de ma collection. C'est l'idéal pour le quotidien. 

Als Messersammler wollte ich das viel gepriesene Benchmade Bugout nun auch haben. Es hat einen großen Vorteil: Es ist extrem leicht. Das war es aber. Leider kommt hier (Deutschland) der "42a" zur Anwendung, sonst wäre es aufgrund mittlerer Größe und Gewicht ein anständiges EDC. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist weniger gut. Völlig überteuert.

Looks good. Blade is centered well, I've got what I expected - small helper knife as a spare for the fixed blade and edc tool while I'm in the city. The only thing that disappoints is too tight axial unit, so I have to adjust it by screwdriver.
