Natural polishing stone from the Belgian Ardennes. Use after sharpening to polish your knives sharp like a razor.




The thickness of the Belgian Blue Whetstone is between 13 and 16 mm. The grit size of the stone is approximately 4000 and because the stones contain approximately 20 to 30 % garnets you will be able to have your knives sharpened fast. The colour of the BBW is blue-grey.  
  


Some stones might have (natural) imperfect ridges and natural colour deviations. This is not influential on the sharpening effect and does not make these stones less functional.

Needs more learning, but first feelings are good. 
Perhaps jump from Naniwa Pro400 to this is not too big, needs more time to evaluate (to get protein blade probably works good)
Maybe even bigger size would be more pleasant with kitchen knives.
Small knives ie. less that 15cm blade this is good.

uiterst verzorgde levering. Bijna alle messen zijn blinkend scherp, nog enkele te gaan. Met een beetje geduld worden de messen als nieuw. Niet overhaasten maar wel regelmatig scherpen. Mooi produkt
