Small knife sharpener. Perfect for your Victorinox pocket knife

The **Victorinox Sharpy small knife sharpener** was specifically designed to sharpen small Victorinox pocket knives and (serrated) kitchen knives. Because of the handle this sharpener might appear to be larger than it really is. With a length of only 7.1 cm it is not much larger than your thumb! The advantage is that you can always take it with you and that it won't take up too much room if you want to store it.


The sharpener is enhanced with two, small carbide sheets that were placed in a V-shape. Because of this V-shape you always sharpen using the same angle. If the sharper loses its effectiveness after several years you don't have to worry! You can turn the two sheets over. As such you will enjoy your sharpener and your sharp pocket knife even longer.

Initialement surpris par sa très petite taille et son apparente fragilité jointe à une tenue en main assez particulière, je dois reconnaître qu'il s'avère remarquablement efficace à l'usage, même sur des "grands" couteaux...
Reste à voir si cette efficacité à l'emploi sera durable. Je recommande toutefois sans hésiter à ce stade.

Sehr gut auch für Laien zu verwenden ohne die hochwertigen Klingen zu verkratzen. Selbst ein japanisches Damast-Kochmesser wurde wieder rasiermesserscharf!
