The **TOPS Knives Filet Knife FIL-01** is a cool fixed knife, designed to fillet fish and meat. Take it with you as you go (fly)fishing, or use it during a BBQ. The blade is made from stainless 154CM steel. Thin and because of the excellent heat treatment very flexible. As such you easily skim over the bones to properly fillet any type of meat or fish.



The handle is made from a remarkable type of G10: SureTouch G10. This is a combination of layers of G10 with, in between, thin layers of rubber. This feels even more comfortable in hand than G10.



The TOPS Knives Fillet Knife comes with a sleek kydex sheath with belt loop. With it you can easily hang it from your belt, or you protect it when you put it in your backpack.
