The **Spartan Blades Astor** is a cool EDC pocket knife, designd by Les George. This model shares a lot with its VECP model. But is more affordable.



The Spartan Blades Astor is made to work. Suited for the more demanding tasks. For this knife Spartan Blades used decent materials. The blade, for instance, is made from CTS-XHP steel. It is a stainless type of steel that retains its sharpness well. CTS-XHP is also easy to sharpen.



The handle is made from G10. This is a composite material made from fibreglass and synthetic resin. Many knife enthusiasts prefer G10 for their handles. It is incredibly strong and light-weight. It also doesn't require a lot of maintenance. You open the pocket knife with the thumb stud after which it is locked by a linerlock.
