The **Roselli Grandfather Knife** is a cool fixed knife, produced in Finland. You use the Roselli Grandfather Knife for various outdoor tasks. From gutting game to wood carving tasks or simple tasks around the house. With this knife in hands you will immediately find yourself in Scandinavia.



## Roselli carbon steel


The blade is made from carbon steel with a hardness of 60 HRC. Rock-solid and easy to sharpen. Keep in mind that carbon steel is not stainless. It will discolour. After use, clean and dry the blade and add a few drops of oil every now and then. In term a patina will form on the blade, making the knife your own.



The handle is made from stunning curly birch wood. It is a type of birch wood enhanced with a stunning pattern. As such each knife is unique. A typical Scandinavian material, appreciated by enthusiasts worldwide. The great thing about curly birch is that it is relatively light-weight.



This knife comes with a remarkable sheath made from curly birch wood, leather and a piece of reindeer fur. Very luxurious!

For years Roselli knives have traditionally been made in Finland. Founder Heimo Roselli is an expert when it comes to metallurgy. As such he knows best how to treat steel to end up with the best results. It is what Roselli excels at. The hand of the master is often visible, you can tell that these knives were made by hand. Très belle finition et beau choix des motifs du bois, excellente prise en main, seule la lame est à mon avis 2cm trop courte par rapport à son étui très joli mi bois et cuir recouvert de pelage de renne. Affûtage de la lame très bon.
