The description said it has washers but the knife I received has ball bearings, which is a welcome upgrade. Effortless smooth opening. No blade play. Handle feels great despite its squarish shape. Liner lock is easily accessible. Blade may be a bit thick for some tastes but overall the knife is well made and outstanding value for money. Highly recommended.
