Opinel Parallèle Bread knife N ° 116, 21 cm

We've been using the same bread knife for at least 10 years. Forgot how much a good new one can be! Love the blade and the handle. Great for thick sourdough loaves etc

Good knife, only issue I have is it's slightly flexible and can cut with a bit of a cure but gets through any type of bread no problem

As sourdough is our only bread in our house a good knife is a must. The Opinel 116 bread knife has exceeded its expectations and is the only knife for us. As for delivery and service knives and tools are great to deal with and their efficient and professional standards is excellent.
