The **KMFS Ruby 3000 sharpening stone set** consists of two ceramic sharpening stones with a grit size of 3000 grit. The sharpening stones are made from aluminium oxide with the addition of crushed rubies. The stone has a grit size of 3000 grit. However, the rubies will gradually become finer during sharpening. The end result is a lot finer than 3000 grit. The stone is extremely hard, which means that it is very wear-resistant.

The grit size of these sharpening stones is ideal for sharpening your knives to a razor-sharp finish, and keeping your pocket knives or kitchen knives sharp. You can use these sharpening stones after the 1000 grit diamond sharpening stones that you received as standard with the KMFS sharpening system.

## Use

 Add a couple drops of sharpening oil on the stones to improve the sharpening results and the life of the stones.
