This **Edge Pro polishing tape plate** is an aluminium sheet you can use to secure your polishing tape. It can be used on every Edge Pro sharpening system. Do keep the desired width of the sheet in mind. This version is 1.3 cm wide. The sheet itself won't sharpen your knife. You use it combination with the polishing tapes. You can find it by filtering on the brand Edge Pro on the accessories for sharpening systems page.
