The **Böker Plus Ylvi BO02BO038** is a slim fixed knife, designed by Dirk Hofmeister from Midgards Messer. This knife excels especially as a neck knife for EDC use. Use it to open boxes or cut through rope. You carry the Ylvi around your neck in the solid kydex sheath.


The long handle and the relatively short blade are remarkable. You namely have a large handle to work with, but the knife is still compact. The sheepsfoot style blade is made from D2 steel. A strong type of steel that retains its sharpness well and is also easy to sharpen.



The Ylvi is enhanced with G10 scales and ridges on the handle for enough grip. A large lanyard eye in the handle enables you to add a lanyard. Do you prefer to carry your knife in your pocket? It is possible with the pocket clip. Something you rarely see on a fixed knife.
