Firecord: build a fire in mere seconds

In the basis Firecord is the same as the well-known American 550 paracord, but only slightly different. In addition to the seven polyester strands a waterproof wick has been added. The wick might remind you of a wick you often see on every type of candle, only slightly thicker. In case of an emergency you pull out the wick to quickly start a fire.
