The blade has been made from special ice-hardened Friodur steel. As such the knives are both hard and flexible. With great precision the blades are forged from one piece of steel which increases stability. The ergonomic handle is made from top-quality plastic.

Lovely efficient knife to use for small paring jobs. Easy to sharpen when it becomes necessary. Second one of these I've had as wife destroyed the first one in the waste disposal unit!

Dit mesje werkt prima. Ik had er al 1 en vind het handig om er 2 te hebben ivm afwas. Het puntje van dit mesje is wat kwetsbaar. Als ik mijn nieuwe mesje vergelijk met mijn oude zie ik dat het oude toch al wat minder puntig is. Toch werkt die ook nog goed.Dus al met al erg tevreden.

Het mes is prima. Ik had er via de ets service iets op laten zetten en de rechterzijde van de afbeelding was een beetje vaag.
Dat vond ik wel wat jammer.

Werd niet in originele verpakking gezonden. kwaliteit mes was uiteraard goed.
