I rated it not so good, because you have to be able to take it apart and reasemble it yourself to get blade centered and action good. Spydercos come sometimes very bad from factory. They are one of the biggest overhyped companies, the quality inspection is bad, but if you can fix it yourself then its a good knife, but often you also have to locktite the pivot screws because they keep coming loose. Its not that I wont recommend this knife, its just not okay with the amount of money they cost for the fit and finish you get. But if you get a good one or fix it yourself it can become your favourite folder, no doubt
