This SCANPAN Pro IQ pan offers you professional performance, with beautiful Danish design. The famous non-stick coating of this ceramic pan may well be the best there is. The handles are ergonomically shaped and have a lovely satin finish. This pan is suitable for all the various heat sources, including induction and oven (up to 260 degrees Celsius).



## Materials used



The pan is made from 100% recycled aluminium. This aluminium is cast and pressed under a pressure of 250 tons. A special process has been used to cast a steel plate into the aluminium bottom so that the pan can also be used on induction hobs.



## Ceramic non-stick coating


A great feature of this SCANPAN Pro IQ collection is the sublime non-stick coating. This is formed by baking molten titanium on the aluminium pan. Combined with top-quality ceramic, this leaves you with a very robust ceramic pan.


## Environmentally-friendly pans


For environmental reasons, the production of all SCANPAN pans is 100% “green”. For instance, the pans are made from 100% recycled aluminium and everything possible is being done to minimise CO2 emissions. Virtually all SCANPAN pans are made in Denmark.

Prima pan, we gaven nooit eerder zoveel geld uit aan een pan. We zochten een pan zonder schadelijke stoffen die gebruikt worden in een anti aanbaklaag. De pan is degelijk en voelt zwaar aan waardoor het vetrouwen geeft niet te vervormen door gebruik. De pan beviel direct zeer goed en zijn tot een tweede aanschaf overgegaan. Er was nog een pan die vervangen moest gaan worden. De anti aanbaklaag werkt zeer goed. Al met al tevreden.

Prima koekenpan, het is al de 5e dat ik koop (3 voor mijzelf, en 2 als cadeau). Plakt niet en is makkelijk schoon te maken. Heel blij mee!

Er zijn een aantal voordelen aan een scanpan :
a) heel licht in vergelijking met andere anti kleef pannen. Gemakkelijk als je bv patatten bakt en die opgooit om om te draaien.
b) een plezier om vis in te bakken.
c) na het bakken kan de pan zonder probleem in de oven voor verdere garing van vis of vlees.
d) er wordt geen gebruik gemaakt van een 'anti kleef coatinglaag' die vroeg of laat toch miniscuul loskomt. Dus ook m.i. veiliger, dankzij het uniek procede.
Ronduit, heel tevreden.
