The **Ruike D191-B** is a solid pocket knife with an exceptional price/quality ratio. Rarely in the knife world do you see a knife where you get so much value for your money. Which is a hallmark of the Ruike knives in our range. So if you're looking for a good pocket knife without wanting to spend too much: the D191-B is certainly not a bad call!



For the blade, Ruike chose 8Cr13MoV steel, a reliable steel that is quick and easy to sharpen. Handy for people who use their knife day in and day out. Not only is the steel type highly practical, but the blade is good too! For the D191-B, Ruike used a drop point blade shape with a high full-flat grind. It's an ideal combination for everyday cutting tasks, like opening boxes or handling cardboard. This pocket knife is easy to open with the flipper, and a sturdy steel frame lock then holds the blade in place. 



The handle has a textured G10 handle shell to ensure a good grip. Ruike has added diagonal lines that are not just decorative, but also provide extra grip. Your index finger fits comfortably in the finger groove. The ridges on top of the blade are for your thumb during use. Together, the finger groove and ridges ensure that the knife can't just slip out of your hand while you are cutting.

Is the finish and feel perfect? Nope, some edges a bit rough.
Can you get more knife for the price? Nope, as it's nearly unbeatable at this pricepoint.

Echt een heel goed, scherp en licht mes voor een goeie prijs !
Ik vind Ruike een goed merk tegen een betaalbare prijs en niet te vergeten weer snel en netjes verpakt bedankt ga zo door.

Ik ben messenverzamelaar, heb er al 100++.
Budget merken en reguliere merken, tot 150 euro voor 1 mes.

Ook een aantal Ruike’s, een budget merk maar prima.

Als EDC, mes voor elke dag gebruik, zoek ik een prima mes, tegen een budget prijs, folder, low profile (zwart). 
En wat zo weinig kost dat als ik het verlies, het bot wordt, er een probleem mee is, ik “zonder” financiële pijn, geen gedoe, afscheid neem, en zeg: geen punt, ik koop gewoon een nieuwe; voor die prijs; geen punt.

Ik heb al diverse budget messen, circa 40 - 50 euro, die ik daartoe top vind.

Maar dit mes spant de kroon, zo’n prijs - (voldoende) kwaliteit verhouding heb ik niet eerder gezien.
Het lemmet (maat, vorm, volume, snijden.) is prima, het handvat is prima (goede vorm, grip), openen (flipper) gaat prima, de framelock werkt prima, blade centering is prima. 

Eenvoudig maar prima design/uiterlijk.
Let op: de G-10, textured, zit maar aan 1 kant. De andere kant is glad staal.
Dat is geen enkel probleem; je hebt prima greep, louter esthetisch.

Zijn er betere messen, mooiere messen.
Zeker, maar dan wel (flink) duurder.
Ik zal dit mes niet in mijn verzameling opnemen, daarvoor is het wat betreft uiterlijk te eenvoudig; niet mooi/bijzonder genoeg, maar ik ga het wel gebruiken als EDC; daartoe is het m.i. ook bedoeld.

Dit is de beste prijs - (voldoende) kwaliteit, die ik t.n.t. ben tegengekomen.
