The NiteCore UMS4 intelligent USB Dual-Slot Suberb Charger is a clever battery charger for almost all rechargeable batteries. Practical because it means that one charger will be enough. The UMS2 will automatically know if you added a Li-ion, IMR, Ni-MH or Ni-CD battery in the charger and will adjust the current accordingly. With the integrated screen you can follow the charging process. The charger will automatically turn itself off if the batteries are full to prevent overcharging. The LCD-screen will give you real-time information about the charging status.

 The UMS4 Superb Charger can charge a battery with a maximum of 3A in one slot, which means that it will only take 1.5 hours to completely charge a 3000mAh lithium battery. The UMS4 comes with an usb cable but can also be charged with a power bank or solar panel. This enables you to also charge your batteries in nature.

 Because of the extremely low, internal resistance IMR batteries can be overcharged which can lead to safety problems when they are charged in regular Li-ion battery chargers. To deal with this problem the UMS4 is enhanced with an optimized IMR-charging system which follows the entire charging process to make sure the end current will always remain within the safe limits. In the end this will extend the life of the battery.
