The **Nitecore NPB4** is a powerful and waterproof power bank with a power of no less than 20.000mAh. With an IP68 rating this is one of the first completely waterproof power banks in the world. This rating means that it can stay at a depth of up to 2 metres for 30 minutes. Great if you want to take your power bank with you when you go fishing, swimming or sailing. You can also take it with you on a plane, because the capacity is less than 100 Wh.

The Nitecore NPB4 power bank derives its power from four built-in 21700 Li-ion batteries with a power of 5000mAh each. With it you can charge your iPhone 12 up to 6 times, a Huawei P30 four times and your AirPods with charging case even 32 times. The Nitecore NPB2 is enhanced with a built-in status indicator with three LED lights that indicate how much power the power bank has left:

  * 3 lights: 100% filled
  * 2 lights: 70% filled
  * 1 light: 30% filled

## Indestructible power bank

The Nitecore NPB4 can handle its own during the most extreme circumstances. As such it can survive a 1-metre fall and works at temperatures up to -10 degrees. A waterproof O-ring protects the charging port. The body is made from fire retardant PC material. 

## Multiple safety features

The Nitecore NPB4 is enhanced with multiple protective features. It will never short-circuit, overcharge or over-discharge. The power bank is also enhanced with heat protection, to make sure it won't overheat. With this power bank you will always have power close to charge your head torch, phone, gps, rechargeable battery or flashlight.

De eerste indruk was een beetje van "wow" dat is kolossaal maar bij nader inzien en gebruik is deze vorm perfect om aan mijn clasp van mijn lederen Surge en MT1A Combo Sheath te hangen. De afgeronde vierkante vorm zorgt ervoor dat hij niet wiebelt en zijn gewicht wordt je amper gewaar.
De autonomie plus het aantal poorten voldoet omheen iPhone en een Mac op te laden verder ben ik nog niet gegaan buiten nog de case van mijn earbuds. Dit is een zeer goede powerbank met een serieuze capaciteit.De indicator is gemakkelijk af te lezen. En ik kan garanderen dat hij in hevig regenweer waterdicht is, ik heb geen problemen ondervonden van vocht in de Micro-USB,USB,USB-A en de USB-c aansluitingen waar ik een beetje bang voor was.
Ik kan alleen maar zeggen dat het in mijn mening een zéér goede powerbank is en weer eennap staaltje werk en techniek van Nitecore.
Het opladen doe je beter met een Powerport 3.0 Usb-C 5V en 3A dat gaat veel beter dan één van een iPad of iPhone. Als ik toch één minpunt moet noemen is dat ik er graag een lader bij gekregen had maar bij de moet je deze zelf aankopen.
P.s: De ijzeren clips opzij dienen om de batterij met de HU60 LED hoofdlamp te verbinden.

Wat een geweldig ding! Ik had, na wat speurwerk, deze powerbank gevonden en gekocht, en als ‘vuurdoop’ meteen gebruikt tijdens een weekendje weg… 

Wat een geweldenaar; ik had het hele weekend stroom voor telefoon, oordopjes én Nitecore zaklamp, en bij thuiskomst nog steeds 2 blokjes stroom over! Zeker een aanrader!
