This **Kizer Mini Sheepdog** is the small version of the original Kizer Sheepdog pocket knife. Thanks to its size it is perfect for daily use. Small and lightweight, so you hardly notice it in your pocket. The knife is not enhanced with a lock. As such it is legal for carry almost everywhere in Europe. 

## Kizer Vanguard Mini Sheepdog blade

The blade is made from 154CM steel with a black stonewashed finish. A stainless type of steel that retains its sharpness well. In addition, you can also easily sharpen it yourself if the knife starts to lose some of its sharpness over time. You can easily open the knife with one hand thanks to the thumb stud on both sides of the blade. Ceramic ball bearings ensure that the blade moves smoothly.

## Kizer Vanguard Mini Sheepdog handle

The handle is made from black micarta. Micarta is a combination of canvas and synthetic resin. This material is known to be rock-solid and offers a lot of grip, even in wet circumstances. Thanks to the deep pocket clip you can easily carry the knife in your pocket.

Ein tolles EDC Messer, mit perfekter 42a Umsetzung.

Superb. UK-legal (folding pocket knife with a blade of less than three inches, non-locking), razor sharp out of the box, flicks open easily with your index finger. Beautiful, too - the micarta is lovely.

Sweet little knife with an interesting blade shape. The belly makes it quite suitable for EDC tasks.
The thick handle provides a good grip for such a small knife and the detent (stronger than on other detentjoints that I know) in combination with the finger choil provides a lot of safety for a non-locking knife. Very easy to handle though.
The blackwashed blade and pocket clip stand up really well in daily use (the knife didn't leave my pocket since I got it), much better than the usual black coatings.
Definitely recommend it!

Klein, gut gebaut, man will immer wieder damit spielen, lässt sich gut flippen.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude des lames pied-de-mouton en lame principale, j'ai donc voulu tenter.
La lame est rasoir.
L'esthétique moderne change beaucoup de l'aspect traditionnel des slipjoints.
La courbe du tranchant rend le couteau plus pratique et plus polyvalent qu'un sheepfoot traditionnel dont le tranchant est droit. L'ouverture est dure au début (slipjoint mono détente) mais une fois l'habitude prise, l'ouverture se fait en un éclair grâce aux roulements à bille.
Si vous refermez la lame d'une main, attention à vos doigts: la lame part d'un coup.
Seul bémol, mais je savais à quoi m'attendre vu la forme sheepfoot: pas très pratique à table, on utilise souvent la pointe pour couper dans l'assiette.
