The **Kizer Cormorant Button Lock Ki4562A4** is a practical EDC knife with a remarkable design. This knife is designed by Yeu Dong. The handle is made from lightweight, but rock-solid titanium. Thanks to the square pattern the handle offers a lot of grip. The pocket clip is placed on the right side of the handle. It is, however, possible to attach the pocket clip on the other side of the handle.

## Kizer Cormorant 20CV

The blade is made from 20CV steel. A premium type of steel you rarely find within this price range. 20CV steel retains its sharpness well, is stainless and very hard. You open the blade with the flipper or the thumb hole. You open the Cormorant with the flipper, front flipper or the thumb hole. The opening action is super smooth, and when opened, the blade is locked in place by a button lock.

Wegens de fidget factor stond dit mes al lang op mijn verlanglijst. Enkel het uitzicht hield me wat tegen. Op foto’s en in filmpjes lijkt dit echt verschrikkelijk lelijk.
Na het eens vast te kunnen houden in het K&T Experience Center was ik echter meteen verkocht.
Het is echt een ongelofelijk fijn mes om te hanteren gemaakt met een precisie om U tegen te zeggen. 
Prachtige, tactiele titanium handgrepen met frag patroon, een uiterst soepele werking (drop shut), een lemmet van oerdegelijk staal (20CV) dat haarscherp vanuit de fabriek komt (mijn vinger had na enkele dagen al een paar hechtingen nodig) en maar liefst 4 openingsmechanismen (flipper, front flipper, thumbhole en knop) met een veelvoud daarvan aan openingsmethoden.
Ik irriteer iedereen naar hartelust en heb nog een tweede exemplaar besteld, zodat ik wat minder maniakaal kan zijn met het eerste.
10/10. Mijn andere messen worden nauwelijks nog bovengehaald.

Prachtig mes. Behoorlijk scherp uit de doos, geen bladeplay. De buttonlock werkt redelijk soepel.
Een drupje nano oil deed wonderen.
Super fidgety, ligt goed in de hand.
Erg snelle levering.
Tevreden klant.

Voor deze Cormorant had ik aanvankelijk totaal geen oog . Ik vond h'm niet mooi, zelfs een beetje lelijk. Maar naarmate ik wat meer info kreeg dmv YouTube ging ik er steeds meer waardering voor krijgen. Zodoende kwam ie op mijn wishlist terecht.  De prijs van dit mes hield mij allleen nog af om hem aan te schaffen. Toen ie na lange tijd op mijn verlanglijst te hebben gestaan plotselijng 45 procent van het prijskaartje afging hebbik ook niet getwijfelt. En terecht. De materialen in acht nemend, 20cv lemmet en het titanium frame, samen met het bedieningsgemak maakt dit mes een topper.: front & backflipper, de thumphole en natuurlijk de buttonlock maken dit een musthave voor iedere messenliefhebber. En zijn allround gebruik voor ieder ander een EDC topper.

Ho la la, encore un magnifique couteau, en tous points, beau titane, prise en main, poids, taille, fluidité, finitions, différentes possibilités d'ouverture, super système de fermeture, j'adore le button lock c'est très addictif, rasoir a l'ouverture et aussi une chose que j'aime bien, c'est l'émouture creuse, le tout en fait un excellent couteau que je recommande.

Echt de fidget spinner onder de messen.
Herrlijk dat er zoveel manieren zijn van openmaken.
Scheelt appels enz met gemak, scherp vanuit de doos.
Goede kwaliteit, enkel minpunt was dat ik de schroeven een keertje los en vast heb moeten draaien ivm lockstick.
Draag het mes graag als edc.
Als dame draag ik hem altijd op de heup, en voel hem dan niet zitten.
