The **Kizer Comet V3614C1** is a stunning design from Paul Munko. The way this knife was made, is unparalleled. The knife was made from premium materials. As such it is a real collector's knife. When you open the Comet with the flipper you immediately notice how easy this is because of the ceramic ball bearings.

## Kizer Comet: only premium materials

The blade is made from 154CM steel. This is a type of steel that is often used for pocket knives. It is nicely corrosion and wear and tear resistant. The scales are made from micarta and brass. The inside of the scales are enhanced with a layer of steel, adding solidity. The brass ensures that this knife is a little heavier than you might expect, but this does make it feel great in hand.

L'impression de qualité générale est très bonne, les matériaux sont quali, c'est un bel objet, mais je trouve l'ouverture pas du tout fluide.

Je ne sais pas si j'ai eu un exemplaire un peu défectueux, mais le flipper est assez difficile à actionner, peut-être parce qu'il est un peu petit ou alors le ressort trop tendu ?

C'est dommage, parce que la fermeture est très satisfaisante avec un dernier petit cran qui fait un joli bruit. 

Mais pour le prix, le manque de fluidité à l'ouverture ne me permet pas de le garder. J'ai des Kershaw à 60€ qui s'ouvrent bien mieux.

Très agréable en main, élégant, très bonne action, acier de bonne qualité, tient bien dans le temps. 
Il est aussi facile à démonter et entretenir (peu de vis, centrage parfait au remontage sans avoir besoin d'ajuster quoi que ce soit).
Probablement mon meilleur couteau jusqu'à aujourd'hui, je recommande fortement.

Superbe gentleman folder, original, dandy, de très bonne qualité, avec de belles finitions. Le micarta est très fin, haut de gamme, et la prise en main très confortable pour un couteau de cette petite taille. Le flipper, très efficace, fait jaillir la lame. Le liner lock est très facilement accessible et la lame se referme en souplesse, sans aucun accroc, du velours. Le clip en titane est élégant, peut être un peu trop rigide mais au moins il ne glissera pas.

Le Kizer Comet, en version laiton/brass et micarta vert est très élégant, un vrai couteau de gentleman. Finitions impeccables. La détente est spectaculaire, la lame très fonctionnelle et sans aucun jeu. Très bon accès au liner lock pour le désengager, sans pour autant rendre le couteau dangereux à utiliser. La lame se rentre en douceur, sans aucun accroc. Le micarta est magnifique, très fin, agréable au toucher, et la prise en main est bonne pour un couteau de cette taille. Seul petit défaut, sur le mien, le clip est un peu trop rigide et l'accrocher à la poche est un peu difficile.
