The **Kershaw Skeeter 3** is a lightweight pair of scissors with a pointed tip. These scissors are designed for one specific purpose: fly tying. In other words, making lures for fly fishing. This makes the blades ideal for cutting fishing line, feathers, hair and other small but strong materials.
