The **Hultafors HVK GH Craftsman’s Knife** is a fixed knife for craftsmen. It's a straightforward, no-nonsense knife. No frills, no fuss. It's great for sharpening pencils, opening packaging, and many other tasks you encounter every day. The Hultafors HVK also comes in handy as a budget bushcraft knife.



The blade is made from Japanese carbon steel. This is a sturdy steel that is easy to sharpen. It isn't stainless, though, so take care around moisture and acids. The handle is made from polypropylene and encased in a layer of Santoprene. This rubber-like plastic provides extra grip. 



The knife comes with a handy sheath so you can carry it on a belt up to 4 cm wide. You can also hang it from a button on your overalls. To do this, unclip the belt loop, slide the button in and then click it into place. Very practical!

Fijn mes, ligt lekker in de hand, goede vaste grip.
Makkelijk vlijmscherp te houden ook.

Grâce au prix sympa on ne se gêne pas de utiliser, même abimer, le Craftsman pour tous les corvées quotidiennes autour de la maison. La finition du couteau et de l’etui sont meilleures qu’on voudrait espérer pour moins de huit €’s. (J’ai soustrait une demi étoile pour le dessus rude de la lame.) L’ergonomie est merveilleuse ! 

Tiene un agarre excelente y un corte muy suave.
