The **Civivi Elementum C907A-7 Polished Clear Lexan** is a great, compact EDC pocket knife. A true to friend to all! When opened, the blade is locked by a solid liner lock. This keeps your fingers safe while you use the knife. 

## Handle made from Lexan
The handle is made from transparent Lexan. Lexan is polycarbonate made by the brand Sabic. It is a high-quality thermoplastic polycarbonate known for its exceptional strength, durability, UV resistance and excellent thermal resistance. It's over 250 times stronger than glass of the same thickness! In addition to being strong, this material adds to the knife's aesthetic quality. Lexan is a transparent material, showing off the inner workings of the pocket knife. A great choice for a pocket knife handle material!

## Blade made from D2 steel
The blade is made from D2 steel. This is a tough type of steel that retains it sharpness well. You can easily sharpen it yourself which is great if you use it on a daily basis. However, be careful with moisture and acids: D2 is not completely stainless. Always clean the knife after use, especially when it has come into contact with acids, salt or moisture.

Goed scherp out of the box. Je moet best veel kracht uitoefenen op de flipper voordat hij opent, maar dat vind ik juist fijn. De lexan heeft een lekkere textuur. Zeker een aanrader voor de prijs!
