The **Civivi Chevalier C20022** is a slim, compact EDC pocket knife with a sheepsfoot blade. This blade shape is fantastic for opening packages and peeling fruit.

The Chevalier features a button lock. This means that the blade is locked by a solid button. You open it with the flipper, or two-handed with the nail nick, then the button lock locks the blade.

## Guibourtia handle

The handle is comprised of steel liners with scales made from Guibourtia wood. This is the Latin name for Bubinga, also known as African Rosewood. It is an elegant wood, often used for musical instruments.

## 14C28N blade

Sandvik 14C28N. Quite a mouthful, isn't it? All you need to know, however, is that it's stainless and easy to sharpen. 14C28N is also pretty tough and retains its sharpness well. It's an excellent steel for a knife in this price range.
