## Xin Cutlery XinCraft XC118 14C28N steel

The polished blade is made from 67 layers of damascus steel with a Japanese VG10 steel core. VG10 is a great type of steel for both pocket knives and kitchen knives. Rock-solid and easy to sharpen. Stunning and almost unheard of that we can sell a knife with this type of damascus steel for this price. An almost unparalleled price-quality ratio. 

At least as special is the way the blade is sharpened. This knife is enhanced with a flat grind with a convex edge instead of a traditional V-edge. The advantage is that it is a lot easier to use.
