The **Xin Cutlery XinCraft XC107 utility knife** is a graceful Japanese kitchen knife. Thanks to the small blade and light weight this knife is perfect for finely chopping a clove of garlic.

## Xin Cutlery XinCraft XC107 damascus

The polished blade is made from 67 layers of damascus steel with a Japanese VG10 steel core. VG10 is a great type of steel for both pocket knives and kitchen knives. Rock-solid and easy to sharpen. The blade is enhanced with a rain drop damascus pattern. Stunning and almost unheard of that we can sell a knife with this type of damascus steel for this price. An almost unparalleled price-quality ratio. 

At least as special is the way the blade is sharpened. This knife is enhanced with a flat grind with a convex edge instead of a traditional V-edge. The advantage is that it is a lot easier to use. The handle is at least as remarkable as the blade. The octagocal handle is made from luxurious rosewood. . A red-brown coloured type of wood with a deep and wavy pattern. The knife is enhanced with a graceful pommel and bolster made from buffalo horn. Placed in between the wood and buffalo horn you will find sheets made from a silver-nickel alloy.
